Of course we still offer to sell tier 1 BS at 55 mill and tier 2 at 90 mill. We have Ravens, Domis and Apocs ready in 5J atm and can build whatever else is needed - all you really have to do is ask.

I found in jita when I get the black screen of death if I restart the client it loads up as im emergency warping back to the station.
Try it you have nothing to lose.

It is sort of understandable in Jita - but I got it twice in 1h4 day before yesterday. Newest patch seems unstable.
